"Good Service, But Scheduling Took Patience"
The service itself seemed fine once I got to it, but actually finding an appointment was more frustrating than I expected. Every time I checked, the available times were either weeks out or just didn’t fit my schedule. It made me realize how much the convenience of booking matters when you’re already trying to get something taken care of quickly. Not a terrible experience overall, but the scheduling part definitely tested my patience

"Recent intake experience was frustrating"
I was just there recently, and the medical intake process felt like it took forever. Maybe I’m noticing it more because it’s fresh in my mind, but it was confusing and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next.

"Decent, but the wait was a little frustrating"
Orderly Meds was fine overall, but I was kind of annoyed at first because the medication I needed wasn’t available when I checked. I had to come back later and look again, which wasn’t the best when I was already not in the mood to deal with extra steps. The site itself was easy to use, and I did eventually find an option that worked. It wasn’t a bad experience, just felt a little average to me. I’d probably use it again, but I do wish their availability was more consistent

"Easy to order, but it made me a bit uneasy"
Ordering was simple enough, but... I don’t know, the health questions felt way too quick for something involving meds. I expected there to be a few more checks before getting approved. It just made me feel a little uneasy, so I probably won’t use it again.
"Nausea was worse than I expected"
Orderlymeds was okay overall, but I felt a bit pressured because the nausea hit me way harder than I was expecting. I reached out to support and they got back to me the next day with some basic tips, which did help a little. I just wish they had been clearer upfront about the side effects so I didn’t feel like I was figuring it out after the fact
"Discreet and Mostly Smooth"
Umm, overall my experience was decent. The ordering process felt private, and the package didn’t have anything obvious on it, which I really appreciated. Communication wasn’t perfect, but it was okay, and in the end it felt safe enough
"Pharmacy coordination was so frustrating"
The whole pharmacy coordination process was a mess. No one seemed to know which pharmacy had my order, and I kept getting bounced around trying to figure it out. It was such a frustrating headache and left me feeling really stressed

"Decent, but I was a little unsure"
Orderly Meds was... okay overall, I guess. The dosage instructions could definitely be clearer because I had to read them a few times and still wasn’t completely sure I understood everything. Support did help me out in the end, but it took a little longer than I expected.

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I gave orderlymeds a try because I’m the kind of person who usually likes anything subscription-based if it saves me time. But this one didn’t really do it for me. The monthly cost started to feel high quickly, and I didn’t feel like I was getting enough extra value to justify paying for it every month. It all felt basic, at least based on what I personally need. I’m sure it might be helpful for some people, but for me, it just felt overpriced for what you actually get

"I was so glad the pricing was laid…"
I was so glad the pricing was laid out clearly before I signed up. Like, there was absolutely zero mystery about what I was paying for, and I cannot overstate how much I appreciate not getting hit with random fees at checkout. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but I knew exactly where my money was going, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it’s been a really solid experience so far.

"I feel like this place used to be…"
I feel like this place used to be better about walking you through everything. This time, the treatment plan felt confusing, and I left not really understanding what was being recommended or why. I wish they had taken a little more time to explain it in a way that made sense.

"Canceling was kind of a hassle"
Canceling took longer than I expected, and it was a bit annoying. Maybe I just caught them at a busy time, but the process felt more drawn out than it needed to be.

"Meds were fine, but the visit felt rushed"
The meds part was okay, like i said, but the provider felt rushed and kind of dismissive. I asked what I thought was a simple question, and the answer was super short and didn’t really help me understand anything better. Like i said, the medication side was fine, but the overall interaction left me feeling a bit brushed off
"Account management feels frustrating"
I’m not sure if I’m missing something or if it’s just the way the site is set up, but managing my account has been annoying. I couldn’t really figure out how to make the changes I needed, and it felt harder than it should be

"Slow replies made the whole experience frustrating"
I had a frustrating experience because the provider was really slow to respond. I sent messages and then just ended up waiting around without getting a clear answer. Since no one seemed to follow up, it felt like my issue wasn’t being taken seriously. Definitely not what I expected.

"I signed up on orderlymeds a little while…"
I signed up on orderlymeds a little while back, maybe sometime last month or the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Overall it was easy. The forms weren’t overly confusing, and I was able to get through everything without having to ask anyone for help. There were a couple spots where I felt like they could’ve explained the next step a bit better, because I did pause for a minute trying to figure out what was coming next. Nothing too frustrating though. It was fine, just kind of an average signup experience for me.

"Didn’t really do much for me"
I really wanted this to work, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. I took it exactly the way I was told and stuck with it for a few weeks to give it a fair chance, but the results just weren’t there for me. I also felt a little frustrated because I had a basic expectation here, and it just felt like that was ignored. Nothing bad happened, but for the price, I expected a lot more. Maybe it works better for someone else, but overall I was disappointed

"Support Took Forever (Okay, Maybe Just a Day)"
Orderlymeds.com was okay overall, but wow, waiting for customer support felt like I had been abandoned on a deserted island with one tiny question. It was probably only about a day, but in my head I was already dramatically refreshing my inbox like my entire life depended on it.
They did eventually get back to me, and to be fair, they were nice and answered what I needed. I just wish the response time had been faster. Not a disaster, not amazing either, just kind of fine with a little unnecessary suspense.

"Shipping Was Too Unreliable for Me"
My order didn’t arrive when I expected it to, which was really frustrating for me because I was counting on it showing up on time. The tracking didn’t help much either, I kept checking it, but it barely updated, so I had no idea what was actually going on. For me, the shipping reliability was the biggest problem. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I personally wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

"I tried getting help, but they…"
I tried getting help, but they just kept sending me in circles from one person to the next. Nobody actually solved anything or seemed to know what was going on. what a joke.
